Return/Refund Conditions

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. Please ensure that you consider all the points below.

Unwanted Items

  • Customers are within their rights to return any unwanted item within the first 30 days of receipt of the item, so long as that item is not exempt from returns. Customers must return the goods at their own cost in an unused and re-saleable condition in their original packaging.
  • Any items returned without first obtaining a confirmation email from Customer Services may experience delays in processing and any applicable refunds.
  • Until the package is received by us at our premises, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the items. We suggest that you ask for proof of posting when returning items – this is to protect your loss in the event that the items are not received by us at our premises.
  • We advise using a tracked, insured postage service for items, as we cannot accept any liability for any items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
  • Please ensure that the items are securely packaged. Do not put any tape on to the branded box as damage to the box will warrant it is non re-saleable.
  • Once we have received the items, we will notify you and refund the purchase price within 30 days as long as they meet the terms of return stated.
  • We regret that any unwanted items received back in a used or non re-saleable state, or missing any parts, or damaged/missing the original packaging cannot be refunded. In cases where a refund is issued we reserve the right to make a deduction from any applicable refund if the value of the returned item(s) have been reduced by the customer's handling.
  • Some items cannot be returned as unwanted items. These include, but are not limited to any made-to-order items and any cut-to-size items such as cable / pipe

Faulty & Damaged On Arrival Items

  • Customers must contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible if an item is received in a damaged condition. Please take photographs of the damage and the packaging the item(s) were received in as we require this for courier claims and proof of damage.
  • Items that have developed faults within the warranty period will be required to be tested to verify the fault and to identify any repairs that can be made. We will cover the postage cost of faulty goods back to our warehouse for testing within this time period. If a product is returned as faulty but no fault is found, or the fault found is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty (including but not limited to wear and tear parts ) the customer will be liable for the costs incurred by us.
  • Consumable items are not covered by a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated on their product page and we cannot replace such items unless they become faulty within the initial 30 day period.

Cancellations

You are welcome to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is shipped by us. Please call the office to ensure that your cancellation is noted. Once it has been shipped you will need to follow the Return/Refund conditions above.

Sending a Return back to us

How to Send Returns: Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order that has been clearly marked as to which item/s are being returned in the package. (If you do not have this information, please email us). Then send the return package to the address below. If you have further questions, please email us at [email protected].
